Project Managers can make use of Strategy Maps to ensure their projects’ success. A Strategy Map is a diagram that describes how an organization creates value by connecting strategic objectives in explicit cause-and-effectrelationship with each other in the four BSC objectives (financial, customer, processes, learning and growth).
However, every organization has specific metrics to evaluate its performance. In this webinar, we will introduce acomprehensive Balanced Strategy Map, including the specialized metrics for the Project management Offices (PMOs) and explain how the model can be used in any Project Management office. This presentation will draw on years of experience of presenters creating measurement systems, and studying the PMOs. Webinar participants can practically work on their own company’s Balanced Strategy Map during the Workshop Assignments, and complete a pilot plan for it.
